Terms & Conditions for Book Play Grounds

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Book Play Grounds ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This App is operated by Firefly IT Solution, Nepal.

2. Description of Service

Book Play Grounds provides a platform for users to:

• Book sports venues such as futsal and other playgrounds
• View available time slots and pricing
• Submit reviews and ratings for venues

We act as an intermediary between users and venue owners and are not responsible for the actual services provided by the venues.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to register using your phone number.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your account secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.

4. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Prices are set by venue partners and may change without notice
• Payments are processed through eSewa, Khalti, PhonePay, or cash (if applicable)
• We do not store your payment credentials

Important:

• Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the venue
• Users must arrive on time; late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund

5. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree:

• Not to misuse the platform or attempt fraudulent bookings
• Not to disrupt venue operations
• To follow venue rules and regulations
• To provide honest reviews without abusive or misleading content

6. Reviews & Content

Users may post reviews and ratings.

You agree that:

• Reviews must be genuine and based on real experiences
• We may remove content that is abusive, false, or inappropriate
• We reserve the right to moderate or delete any content

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Payment gateways (eSewa, Khalti, PhonePay)
• Analytics tools (Firebase, Google Analytics)

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for issues related to venue quality, cancellations, or disputes
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Bookings are generally non-refundable
• Any exceptions depend on the individual venue's policy
• Users should contact the venue directly for special cases

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

11. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time
• Restrict access if you violate these Terms

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
